The big issue for me is I'd like the time+date that the file originally had when created. For example if I took a photo at 3pm in January ZTreewin and the Command Prompt show its time as 3pm in March but 4pm in August when DST is in effect. I never need it converted to 4pm. Plus files timestamped after 11pm get moved to the next day...

People asked about filesystems... I've seen issues on FAT, NTFS and Ext4 on a linux NAS via Samba. I don't think it's filesystem related (willing to be proved wrong, but don't think so).
