If you want to change the name of My Documents *folder* on desktop, just right-click on it and rename it. The *folder* is like a shortcut and it is not the name of the physical My Documents directory.

If you want to change the name of My Documents *directory*, you could just rename it with Ztree, then right-click on My Documents folder on desktop and point to renamed location. It *may* happen that you can't rename the directory (you get Access Denied error because the folder is locked). In this case, just create a new directory with the name you like in the same dir level as the existing My Documents directory, then using properties from My Documents folder on desktop, move it to your new directory. Reboot. Then delete former My Documents directory.
