downloaded zip names as Unconfirmed download [Zeta]

When I download this version of ZTW the file that is downloaded is called
Unconfirmed 653178.crdownload 1,432,918 .a.. 2022-07-01 9:56:30

I am using WIN10 and chrome

I can rename the file to ztw24204.zip and extract and install without problems.

I just would like to know what this strange naming is all about, alfie.
