You could create the specific-named destination folder on C drive first,
then Alt-Mirror the source to it, but using the Alt-Mirror option "Paths are (relative)".
In this case the source branch-root name is not copied.

(I just did a small test to make sure that the files in the source branch-root are copied as well, and of course all 1st-level subdirs/branches.
It did here, but please test yourself.)

The Alt-Copy/Move/Mirror Default path mode can be set to "Relative" in CO-5X.
