Keep file's external context (metadata) in one area   [ZEP]

Here is what viewing a file looks like in one of
my sessions. I run all my sessions maximized, often in
Split mode, so 160 columns is my standard setting.
Yes, there is a huge empty space on the right; I'm
not going to resize the window because of that now.

Placing the file info all the way to the left makes way
more sense, as one can see in the picture. Among other things,
it's right below the path info, so all external context is
gathered in one area.

See how far the line number 149 is from where the user's
attention is? Placing the info way over there, in the "desert",
would be detaching it from the rest of the file's attributes.
