[Notice] reverted to Non-Unicode in v2.4.192, but [WIDE] usable   [Zeta]

I noticed that the new version 2.4.192 does no longer use the Unicode CMD shell.

But you may add the switch [WIDE] or [UNICODE] to make ZTree use the Unicode CMD shell while processing the command defined in that ARCHIVER.BB2 section.

[Q] The UNICODE switch promises to switch to UTF-8:
"; The [WIDE] and [UNICODE] switches cause ZTreeWin to write the files in the
 ; list in UTF-16 and UTF-8 format respectively."

A short test showed that obviously CMD /U is used.
No wonder: Since CMD.exe does not support a UTF-8 mode, this UTF-8 output would have to be internally generated/converted.

There's no request for producing real UTF-8 output AFAIK. So 'dead horse'.
