Does ZTW_CFG.EXE exist in the same directory as ztw.exe or ZTW64.EXE?
Is ZTW_CFG.EXE corrupted? i.e. can you run it.
Does F12,ALT_F10 work?
or F4,F4,F10
Video card utilities have a habit of setting global hot keys.
Can you boot to a different OS?
or plug the keyboard into another machine to rule out the keyboard being the cause.
I did a web search and found this https://superuser.com/questions/11308/ho...hich-process-owns-a-hotkey-in-windows but that utility looks dangerous.
You might have to do the following.
Close all apps, except ZTree
Focus to ZTree, Check Alt-F10
Loop
End a system tray applet
Focus to ZTree, Check Alt-F10
until you run out of closable applets or you find the offending process
Using Taskmanager, processes/Details tab
Make sure the username column is visible
starting with your processes
Loop
End a task
Focus to ZTree, Check Alt-F10
until you find the offending process
Warning: Ending processes this way may make the system unstable, so be ready to do a reboot.
If you find the offending application, options
Reconfigure it to stop it using Alt-F10
Stop it running
If you don't find the cause, options
Run ZTW_CFG.EXE directly when you need it
use F12,ALT_F10
use F4,F4,F10
