One thing which (on a quick read) doesn't seem to be covered there is that certain policies were removed from the Pro editions in Win10.1607 and only left in the Enterprise ones, such as the option to bypass the lock screen (http://www.ghacks.net/2016/07/28/microsoft-removes-policies-windows-10-pro/, https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/itpro/windows/manage/manage-tips-and-suggestions).
