No idea about Ultra Edit, but I found a reference to a 64 bit version of Notepad++ here:

There's a reply about half way down where "Ricardo" claims he's compiled a 64 bit version, but doesn't mention the size of the files he's tested it on.

There are many responses on that page suggesting that other tools should be used on such large files. I tend to agree, but that's a pain when you just want to make one little change. I'd certainly prefer an editor that can load the file a bit at a time instead of loading into memory. Does Ultra Edit do that?
