I should have added that if you don't like the large "finger friendly" tiles you can resize them by right clicking on them and choosing "Resize". The ones in the screen capture I posted were "Medium" and "Wide". There is a "Small" option that gives tiles that are 1/2 the size (1/4 the area) of a Medium tile.
