> Change- ZNOLOG.INI - ** wildcard spans directory levels, * wildcard does not
To be consistent with the new syntax definition of \**\ABC in ZLIST.ZLS, I think ZNOLOG.INI should follow the same rule.
The ZNOLOG entry:
D:**\ABC
is consistent, and does not log D:\ABC
However, the entry:
D:\**\ABC
still logs D:\ABC
> Change- Ctrl-Z - ZLIST.ZLS - ** wildcard spans directory levels, * wildcard does not
> Change- Ctrl-Z - Reset current directory after logging a relative path
The following ZLIST.ZLS commands:
L=D:\*\ABC
L=D:\**\ABC
L=D:\Test\ABC
When launched from a DW, all log only the ABC directories, as they should.
However, the same commands, when launched from any FW, all log all the parent directories of all the ABC directories.
Is this for some reason intentional? It would seem to me the commands should log only the ABC directories regardless of what the window state is when the ZLS is launched.
Also, a ZLS file with a relative entry like:
L=*\ABC
when launched from a DW, is now returning nicely to the current directory when finished.
However, a specific entry like:
L=D:\*\ABC
is not.
I think the current directory in a DW, and file in a FW, should be retained (or returned to) at the end of any ZLS execution, regardless of whether the logging operations are relative, specific, or a mix.
